Using only the finest raw materials gathered from around the globe, we carefully craft our own unique array of ales for your enjoyment. With each batch, we seek to honor our heritage – our Belgian roots and the inspirational industry of American craft brewers.

UP RIVER

American Pale Ale

Up River is a classic, aggressively hopped American pale ale, if that’s the direction you’re headed. This copper gem has a huge hop bouquet with floral, citrus and pine notes merging together in a steady stream of aromatic beauty. With just enough malt for balance, the hop flavors and aromas careen from resinous pine to grapefruit zest, finishing with clean, pleasant bitterness.

DANCING PIERRE

Belgian Pale Ale

This golden Belgian-style unfiltered pale ale dances along the incredibly delicate balance between fruity, spicy aromatics, assertive bitterness, and deep malt character. It’s a difficult balance, depending on taking just the right steps. We think of it as slightly akin to riding on a unicycle while juggling. Never easy but always impressive.

TREKKER BIER

Saison/Farmhouse Ale

We journeyed the globe in our search to connect the bounty of the earth and the contents of the glass. Along the way, a series of appellation adventures inspired a dry, refreshing, straw-colored, unfiltered treasure we call Trekker, an adventurous bier synergized as a tribute to the earth’s best terroir—geography, geology and climate that results in the best craft-malted barley from Canada, aromatic hops from New Zealand—inspired by Belgian “grisette”-style farmhouse ales. We searched around the world and then worked our alchemy right here in Central Florida.

SHOW PIGEON

American IPA

Show Pigeon is an American style IPA, clean and balanced with big hop aroma and flavor. An assertive bitterness for balance that is not harsh or lingering compliments a light malt backbone. Notes of grapefruit, sweet and bitter orange, lemon peel, pine  and guava course through the aggressive hop profile, both in flavor and the aroma. While hugely flavorful this beer is well balanced and exceedingly drinkable.

MISS MARY BROWN

Oatmeal Brown Ale

Ms Mary Brown is a full bodied, malt forward brown ale that is smooth and rich but highly drinkable. The depth of malt character is provided by a diverse malt bill- Scottish pale malt, English crystal and chocolate malts, German Munich and Melanoidin malts and American dehusked black malt, as well as flaked oats. Notes of caramel, toffee and chocolate are prominent in the flavor and aroma. Flaked oats provide a smooth mouthfeel and added complexity. English Fuggle and German Hersbrucker hops add a moderate bitterness and an earthy, peppery counterpoint to the malt sweetness for balance.

UNDERDUCK

American Lager

Our UnderDuck Lager is inspired by the lighter, drier style of pils more  commonly found in Germany.  UnderDuck is crisp, dry and refreshing, with  subtle but surprising layers of hop and malt complexity.  Lightly sweet,  toasty malt­ with hints of fresh ­baked bread­ are balanced by assertive hop  bitterness and aroma.  Floral, fruity aromatics suggesting wildflower honey  and lemon zest highlight the bright, inviting aroma of this beer.  Flavorful  but refreshing, this lager is the perfect beer for someone looking for a  lighter, refreshing beer but not willing to compromise on flavor.

EL BULLI

Imperial Milk Stout

El Bulli is a deconstructed tiramisu-inspired imperial stout, and our salute to one of the greatest chefs and true artists of this or any other generation, Ferran Adria. This Imperial Milk Stout is brewed with Coffee, cacoa nibs,vanilla, and milk sugar.  The coffee was roasted locally at Trilogy Coffee in Deland, Fl.


9.7% abv

IDEIA COFFEE PORTER

American Porter

Ideia is a strong porter aged on Brazilian coffee beans from Barriero Estate and roasted by Trilogy Coffee Roasters in DeLand.  The caramel and black cherry notes of the coffee perfectly complement the notes of cocoa, dark  fruit and toffee character of the porter.  Coffee character is forward but well  balanced within the overall context of this strong beer.  There is a firm  bitterness for balance.

POGO RED

Red Ale

Pogo Red is a well balanced red ale that combines a subtly complex malt profile with a  fruity aroma that has notes of orange and pear.  Special Munich­type malts lend a  reddish hue and toasty and bready malt character without caramel sweetness.  Calypso  and Mosaic hops contribute notes of orange, pear and pine without excessive bitterness  or overpowering the malt.    This beer finishes clean and slightly dry to enhance it’s exceptional balance.  Pair with sharp cheeses, burgers, or another Pogo Red.

TAIL WAGGER WIT

Witbier

Tail Wagger Wit is a Belgian-style witbier perfectly designed to combat the onset of the Florida summer heat. Brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt and flaked oats, this cloudy wheat ale is light in color and body. Hopping levels are low, designed to balance the delicate malt character. A smooth creamy body partly from the use of flaked oats gives way to a slightly peppery character from our specially selected yeast strain. Lightly fruity notes of citrus and pear from the yeast and a spice addition of coriander, orange peel and lemon peel highlight a refreshing, bright aroma.

HONEY BACH

Doppelbock

Honey Bach is a strong lager, often referred to as a doppel, or double,  bock.  We brewed this beer with traditional German hops, yeast and malt,  cool fermented it, and aged (lagered) it for six weeks.  It was brewed with a  generous addition of Gallberry and Orange Blossom honey from Florida. This unfiltered lager pours a deep, hazy gold with a thick white cap of foam.  The aroma is lightly sweet and subtly complex.  Floral and herbal notes  from the honey generate a unique aroma that when backed by the complex  malt aromatics is mesmerizing without being ostentatious.    Rich, balanced malt notes dominate the flavor profile, and the beer finishes  smooth and slightly sweet without being cloying.  While clocking in at a  substantial 7.5% abv, this beer never feels overly strong or aggressive.     Incredibly smooth, complex and drinkable, this strong lager highlights  beautiful honey notes into a beer that is complex while remaining  accessible.

HULLABALOO

Festbier

Inspired by the classic Festbiers, Hullabaloo has a rich and toasty malt character, balanced by a slightly more than traditional dose of spicy German hops.

GROVELAND ROAD BLOOD ORANGE IPA

IPA

Just in time for the Florida heat.­ A hoppy, balanced, refreshing IPA  fermented with a half pound of Blood Orange juice per gallon of beer. We  designed this bright, delicious IPA to showcase the interplay between the  blood orange character and the juicy citrus notes of Mosaic and Citra hops.  The Blood orange juice lightens the body of the beer, lends it a subtle,  pleasing tartness and a slightly sweet orange note.  The generous citrus  character of the Citra and Mosaic hops blends seamlessly with the orange  notes to produce a wonderfully bright citrus character.
